RELAUNCH WITH NEW DESIGN
As those of you who check our site on a regular basis might have noticed, things have been going somewhat slower in 2006. We are currently discussing as to which direction the content is going, as well as the future of Anglersluck as a whole project.
What we came up with is a site redesign, due to launch in the first half of September.
Also, we'd like to hear from you and get some feedback. Should we continue with the comic storyline the way it was? Are there any elements we're missing? Anything we should change? (Within reasonable boundaries of course; we cannot bring World peace as much as we would love to). Fire off your feedback and any (constuctive) criticism and whether you think we should continue or not, to:

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2006 - 1 YEAR OF ANGLERSLUCK.COM!!!
Hi everyone! First of all, we hope you all had a great start into 2006!
We're still deciding on new features for Anglersluck, image galleries and an event calendar!
As for the comic, thanks for your patience! I made a trip to Canada and unexpectedly did not have access to the internet...all in all it has been a very very busy time for me, and I'm spending this weekend to catch up on the strips for the ongoing storyline. So have a good one, and drive safely!

AL - NEW STRIPS / Site troubles
Just a short notice that new AL STRIPS ARE OUT! They will be updated bi-weekly as usual, on Mondays and Fridays. Wishing everyone a HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!
Also, I wanted to aplogize for the delay of Monday's strip...our provider changed some stuff around, which made the upload script buggy. Luckily it got fixed today...thanks, Chris!

AL POLL - ANNOUNCEMENT
It's been awhile since I updated the strips...travel, sickness...all that caused me to
fall behind with the artwork. Also, out of mere curiosity: A poll. We're curious to see how many people are still reading AL, be it returning readers or folks who are here for the first time. Every few months we'll be creating a new poll.
Soon we'll be able to introduce a NEW FEATURE, the PHOTO GALLERY - great fishing spots and more!

The way things are standing now, I will be very busy with personal stuff this month, so the updates will come irregularily for now. To our new readers: Welcome to Anglersluck, please take your time to go through the Archives and read through the storyline! :)

New strips are out!
First of all, sorry about the little outage before...we both were super-busy at the beginning of the summer, and I had troubles with my internet. I hope you enjoyed my "Trip to Russia" storyline, which was heavily inspired by the TV-Show "Peking Express" rather than my personal much-less-exciting trip. Well enough talk, instead, feel free to backtrack the comic strips (I did not leave a single one out, so they're fully updated!), and enjoy the bass season!

GOOD NEWS/BAD NEWS
Well the first donation drive unfortunately was a total bust and disappointment.
However, we decided not to let that get to us and continue with the show, just in a slightly different format. :)
The comic will now be released bi-weekly, and -that's the kicker - both strips in COLOUR!
I will be revamping the marketing in May and to that end I started preparations to launch a line of products to be available on our planned online store near the beginning of July.
Now for the really GREAT! News...I would like to thank Mr. Dave Mercer for his wonderful email that he sent us and for his words of encouragement.

Some catching up to do
My first day online after spending a week sick in bed with laryngitis and high fever...bummer. During times like these I really wish I had a guest artist to fill in for me...anyhow, no such luck this time. I'm sitting down at the drawing table with a nice hot cup of tea, drawing till my fingers smoke. Don't forget to backtrack a few days next time you're checking the site, since I'm uploading every strip that I've missed because of illness...as soon as I'm done cleaning-up and scanning. Till then, tight lines to you all!

Talk about lucky...
Things have been slow here at Anglersluck.com so we decided to ease up and change the format from daily to 3 times a week and colored Sundays to lessen the work load and catch up to date. To do so we decided to illustrate popular angler jokes Pal and Bud style. And talk about lucky we are now on schedule with new story lines. So we hope everyone had a lucky day and enjoy the St.Patricks day bonus colored strip.

Apologies for being a bit behind -_-
Due to the workload in my job I didn't get around to draw out the artwork for the last few strips on time. *Rant*. Anyhow, you can now find the previously missing strips by clicking here, as I uploaded them according to their original dates. And as a little Thank You for being patient I added a brand-new special strip, "Snagged". Enjoy!

Welcome to our first web comic, the daily feature for every angler everywhere.
About the authors:
Tom is a European and North American recreational angler with a lot of experience in river and lake fishing. He is also the technical consultant and writer on this project and maintains the site.
Olivia studied Classical Animation at Sheridan College in 2000-2003 where she met Tom. Her cartoon-like art skills make her the chief art director of the project.
The cartoon is an outlet to reminisce about the great Canadian outdoors...
So sit back and start your day every morning with a new gag, as we aim to have at least one punchline in every strip.
